We offer a 24-month warranty for all products we manufactured.

 

In warranty cases, it is always necessary to have the faulty sign inspected. Simply describing the problem and sending photos of it by the customer is not sufficient in such cases. This is necessary to genuinely determine the source of the issue. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty repair cannot be applied. NeonIdols performs the inspection at it’s Budapest location. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and return the faulty sign to us (NeonIdols assumes no responsibility for damages caused by improper packaging and resulting in the rejection of warranty claims). The inspection takes 0-14 days. During this time an expert opinion on the problem and its cause is prepared in written form, which is always forwarded to the relevant individual. If the problem can be clearly attributed to a manufacturing defect, we will send the customer an identical product as a replacement within 14-21 days. The choice of a different product is not possible. Otherwise, if it is not a manufacturing defect, no compensation can be claimed. The warranty does not cover damages that may occur due to incorrect installation or physical damage during use.

 

Shipping:

 

If you report the damage within 7 days after delivery (photo, original packaging) and you can prove that the damage occurred during delivery, we will file a claim for compensation with GLS/TNT. It is important that if such a situation occurs (we hope it won’t), the original packaging must be retained because during the inspection, the packaging and the damaged product are taken by GLS/TNT for examination.
